Mobile Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
1. Program description
Beach Bliss Vacay operates two short-term vacation rental properties in Daytona Beach Shores and Ponce Inlet, Florida. Our text message program sends operational messages only:
- Guests with a confirmed reservation: a link to your personal digital stay guide (door and lobby access codes, WiFi, parking, check-out steps), check-in and check-out reminders, and a link to review and sign the required short-term rental lease agreement.
- Cleaning and co-host staff: cleaning turnover schedules and same-day turnaround alerts.
We never send marketing or promotional text messages.
2. How to opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number for your reservation or work assignment after we tell you what messages you will receive. Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase — if you prefer, we will send the same information by email instead.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your reservation or work schedule. Guests typically receive 3 to 5 messages per stay.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan; Beach Bliss Vacay does not charge you for these messages.
5. Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at osmandius@gmail.com. You can opt back in by telling us you would like to resume texts.
6. Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives. Important check-in information is always also available in your stay guide and by email.
7. Privacy
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy & SMS Terms for what we collect and why.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms.
